Dr. McFerren and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always expect and receive the best care from them.
Dr McFerren is the most talented and knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever seen (I have seen at least four). Every medical office ought run like this office--staff are professional, prepared, personable and prompt--thanks for respecting the patient!
Waited almost one hour for him. His attitude was arrogant, condescending, flippant and rude. He misdiagnosed my condition which meant l returned to the office two more times. The third dermatologist diagnosed skin allergy correctly. Not a hard diagnosis but two more office visits, bills and unecessary suffering Avoid.
I was very dissatisfied with my first visit with Dr. McFerren. It was the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered with a doctor. I will never go back to him or recommend anyone to him. I felt very rushed, he seemed un-interested in my issues, he did not listen or explained my condition well or even made me feel welcome.
I have had excellent experiences with Dr. McFerren. He is friendly down-to-Earth and communicates in a professional manner that helps me clearly understand my conditions and the steps needed to correct any issues.
Arrogant doctor who made some very inappropriate comments to me. In addition, he misdiagnosed me which caused me to suffer with my condition even longer. It took months and three dermatologists in this office to diagnose a run of the mill skin allergy. Scary and unnecessary suffering and expense for me. Be aware that you will be prescribed the most expensive cream or prescription. Dr. McFerren prescribed a small tube of cream that cost $800. Literally--$800. What an arrogant unprofessional individual. The worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. I will never go back to this man. Why anyone would want to undergo his rude demeanor is beyond me.
He is very good at what he do he knows his job him and his staff are very good and respectful I will recommend all my family and friends to dr mc ferren
Dr. McFerren knows what he is doing, and he treats patients with dignity and humor. His nurses are great, too. His receptionist make Godzilla look like Princess Kate, but she is not in the room during the procedure.'
