Please do not agree to let Marcus Management oversee your co-op community. Marcus' Management does not manage; they collect fees outlined in the contract, and your community is on auto-pilot; Marcus Management's concern is landing contracts and collecting money. The company has no interest in the properties they manage, which is evident by the lack of assistance provided and the staff's lack of knowledge. I was a contractor and some of my invoices haven’t been paid in months and they refuse to pay them. Ralph is no help!
Management is HORRIBLE. Owner/management doesn’t pay workers. Everything is discombobulated!
This company is awful. They are never on site and are not responsive. Ralph the manager is particularly rude and very unprofessional. I’m not really sure what this “management” company does let alone manages. Avoid these guys as they are only interested in making money and have no interest in the people who live at their properties.
So disappointed with Ralph Marcus. He has informed his clients that no bathrooms will be available on site during covid mitigation. I believe there is some laziness at play here as they don’t want to disinfect. Not impressed.
