I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to mention this to anyone seeking follow up care. We didn’t have a good experience . My mom had a neck fracture and needed a brace for 8 weeks. We followed up as advised by the ED. No consult was even done in the ED for a neck injury and then we were told to followup here instead. During the 8 weeks we never met the surgeon and only the provider who seems to be the only one doing most of the follow ups on her own. 5 months post op C5-C6 discectomy with artificial disc replacement. For over a year I had right neck/shoulder pain and discomfort. I was seen by an orthopedic doctor who referred me to a chiropractor. In June of 2022 I was seen by a pain specialist who sent me for an MRI. A ruptured disc was the source of my pain for so long.
