I was persuaded my this realtor to post a positive review for his promise of following his Fiduciary Duty as an AZ Realtor. However, we had no idea that he had been operating as a scam artist since at least October of 2022. He works his fraud through Keller Williams Elite, Delex Realty, Invitation Homes, and Home Partners of America. He has admitted that he is a Predator and has the full of his family and co-conspirators. Please protect yourself and Google search his partners and the numerous negative reviews against them. I give him negative 5 stars! Don't trust this guy! I left an original review praising this man. But he is a scammer! I was renting a room out from him for almost a year and then I brought my whole family into the house. The agreement was for 3 months and he was supposed to help us find a home as our realtor. He tried for about a month and then gave up and told us we had to leave the house we were renting from him. About 3 weeks before our transition date, we got an eviction notice from the actual owners of the house as we we... read more
