My first time visit and it was an absolute amazing from the moment I arrived till the time I was check out.Dr Erickson was very informative and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.. I will definitely be back and I will recommend to others..
From entry to leaving, 1 1/2 hours. Check in with Estephany, Big Sean who did my eye exam was such a nice guy, Then Jen and Dr Erickson, who were so patient with all my questions. Cat M took me back out to Kim in the optical and Daphne checked me out. This was all a very unexpected and pleasant experience. Mittleman Eye will be my ophthalmology group from now on. Especially since I was told my cataracts really didn’t need surgery, yet! I can’t recall the last time everyone I came in contact with was so nice.
First time having to get eye exam. I was blessed to find Mittleman Eye. I was promptly checked in with the assistance of Bria. Within minutes of completing the check-in Hermano brought me into the first of two exam rooms where vision was assessed by various tests. A short time afterwards Dr Erickson completed the assessment and gave me my prescription for glasses. Everything and everyone was so efficient. They performed their work with the right amount of professionalism mixed with personality and caring. Thank you
This is a new optometrist office for me. The process took longer than I would have liked as it was comprehensive with more addresses than I remember. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The doctor had great communication and explanation of eye results and options.
