I purchased a townhome built by Marcus Enterprises in 2008, the townhome was constructed in 2006. Since that time, I have undergone 3 pipe bursts (of the same pipe), two siding issues, door seal issues, and other various issues. The most expensive of which was a $3400 siding repair issue that my Homeowner's Insurance refused to cover, because it was very evident that the builder did the job incorrectly.
