Very disappointed in Pfister hotel Marcus Corporation after last 4years doing Thanksgiving week we come town stay at pfister we had bad experience with our room they relocated us to. Marcus Crosswood Cinema in Columbus is why I’m leaving a bad review here too. Used to love that theater. Since Covid, it has gone downhill. Can’t go to a movie there without people talking, which I don’t blame the theater however, whenever I complained management, I am the one who’s treated like the bad guy. Or they just don’t do anything at all. Plus, the concessions have gone downhill
When my wife and I go to the movies we go to Marcus Theatres locally. It's generally a good experience. We always buy a large popcorn and a large drink and share them for $19.95. That's expensive but we know it costs a lot to stay in business. The reason for the two star rating is Marcus uses some type of blah oil on the popcorn instead of butter. I will pay MORE to get butter. Is there any way to add that to the menu?
Went to an 8:10 showing of The Brutalist and about 11:37 the movie stopped abruptly. NOT the end of the movie. I could find NO one in the building other than the Spanish speaking woman cleaning the ladies room. No one else came back after intermission.
A typical American business, wants customers but is too overwrought with hubris to answer ANY phone #!
