When my wife and I go to the movies we go to Marcus Theatres locally. It's generally a good experience. We always buy a large popcorn and a large drink and share them for $19.95. That's expensive but we know it costs a lot to stay in business. The reason for the two star rating is Marcus uses some type of blah oil on the popcorn instead of butter. I will pay MORE to get butter. Is there any way to add that to the menu?

Went to an 8:10 showing of The Brutalist and about 11:37 the movie stopped abruptly. NOT the end of the movie. I could find NO one in the building other than the Spanish speaking woman cleaning the ladies room. No one else came back after intermission.

I took my 12-year-old autistic son to see return of the king on June 10. To start, our food was 10 minutes late. My husband and I were having a private discussion about whether or not we should go ask staff about our food. We decided to give them grace and wait. Went o see the movie Arcadian with my wife at the Marcus Chesterfield at 10:15pm, only to find out that they decided not to show the movie because over the weekend it did not do to well. Never heard of this kind of nonsense before in my life on the screen at the movie theatre it says 10:15 Arcadian and so does the internet showing the same time for the movie for Chesterfield. Never going to another Marcus again totally disappointed !
