Dr. Ford, and his staff are amazing. I’m a very active 51 year old that recently had Dr. Ford perform a total hip replacement, so I was really nervous and worried about losing my mobility, and strength-permanently. I highly recommend Dr. Ford. He is an excellent surgeon. Recovery was smooth with minimal pain. The results are beyond my expectations. His office staff is thoughtful of his patients time and so is he.
I first saw Dr. Ford in May 2025 and at that time my left hip was in such horrible shape I could not walk without assistance. The Texas Hip and Knee group moved me through all pre-surgery requirements quickly and easily. I had a left hip replacement on July 1, 2025 and was walking with a walker the same day with zero pain. I went home on July 2nd and started physical therapy on July 7th. I am now approximately 8 weeks post surgery and 100% self sufficient.
