We recently purchased a property that was listed by Marcus. We had our own agent already and typically would not interact with the "listing agent". However, this particular transaction went down several routes that no one had ever been and it got quite complicated quickly with new obstacles daily, which presented the opportunity to meet and work directly with Marcus.
