The current guy that be around the seniors seems to be on Ice, I'm concerned for the elders, he keep displaying erratic behavior and strange times in the center
I enjoy Lana's sit & fit every MWF at 10am. It has helped with my balance, strength and endurance. I have met new friends, and like to eat lunch here as well! If you are 60 or older come join us!
