Purchased tickets online for "Concussion", not realizing the theater is in Illinois. We have a Marcus Cinema here in Lincoln, Ne. So, I made a silly mistake. I was able to get a refund, but lost $3 for "convenience fee" that was non-refundable?? Kick rocks. Talk about a bunch of money hungry arses.
The lounge chair was sticky and tray had spillage. We summoned someone for help. A young lady came and had a real attitude. Don't they care if we sit in other people's slop???
Love the reserved settings, drinks and food from the bar and lounge seats!!! This is the only theatre I go to now.
