I have been going to marcus since i was 3, and ive had no problems for more than a decade, until recently. Since the changes made to seating (being that it is now reserved), ive had no end of problems, not with getting a good seat but rather keeping it. This is the 3rd time out of the past 7 movies ive seen here that they have either double sold (meaning i purchased the tickets on thier website then they turn around and sell the same seats again to someone walking in), or that the cashier has inputed the wrong showtime (caus... read more
