1. Wish you had better soft drink selections. 2. Like that you have a bar so that I may take a glass of wine into the theater. 3. Washrooms could use some maintenance i.e., locks missing on stall doors and even some stall doors missing. 4. I appreciate that you show the Metropolitan HD and provide a printed cast sheet/synopsis. Wish you had not downsized the showings to a smaller theater, and no longer show Wednesday encores.
The Seats are Amazing so comfy! Had Great Picture and Sound!
They have Mickey Mouse and the hole bunch in the environment. Disgusting. ���
Pre-movie previews were EXTREMELY & RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!!! Theater was cold had to put my winter coat back on 10 min into the movie. Garbage wasn't changed between shows. Movie was great and seats are very comfy.

maybe its my bias coming into play because I work at a different theater but I wasnt fond of the place. the nachos I had were pretty awful. I'm not sure if it was the cheese or the chips themselves or both. as far as the theater the seats were ok but the arrangement itself was awkward the theater was excessively big in my opinion. positive was the loveseat style. kinda medicore compared to the theater I work at [another smaller chain] or the likes of AMC or Muvico..
I love this place! BIG, reclining seats are AWESOME!!! Just a note to self, do not get extra butter topping on popcorn in kiddy box, leaked out the sides EVERYWHERE!!! LOL!
We live in River Grove but we come here all the time( once a week ) if more..We love the recliner seats and the huge screen theater 15..Love the choice of snacks and the fact that you can bring your drinks in the theater .Parking isn't a problem as I do not like parking in a parking garage where I have to go up or down in a building..and the pre ordering of tickets with no additional charge and the points on your marcus card ..And we get points all the time !!
