We love coming to Marcus Theatre. We love the reclining seats. We never have problems with the staff. Our problem is that the snacks are more expensive then the ticket to enter. It's great that they have discounts on prices to enter. How about discount on the snacks. Even if we were to use the points that we get on our Marcus card, the points isn't high enough to use on that day. These points also expires, so what's the point...
Popcorn � was terrible tasted burnt and old. We arrived for a 12:10 pm show and were told no hot dogs or pizza for 30 minutes. Half of the marquee signs for the theaters didn't work. Weren't sure we were in the right theater. Won't be back.
Rude staff. Otherwise, a very minimal exceptional experience.
Loved the experience, everyone was very nice, the app is very easy to use so we didn't have to wait in line for tickets, they have a rewards card which is nice and I love the seating it's not to crowded and even when you're next to someone when your in the recliners you still have space.....the place is very clean and comfortable!!!

Great theatre. Staff friendly and honest. I left my wallet at the bar and when I returned for it. Everything was in it place. Not one dollar missing. Thank you!!
