Ok... this is a new one. Just came out of the Marcus Theater in Addison. I'm legitimately in the handicap parking spot & the KIA car with the ad in the window decided to make their own handicap spot with a temp handicap tag on the mirror. Sure makes it hard to open the car door for wheelchair access so my 94yr old mom can get in. Oh, your theater needs to fix the numbers on the chairs!!! Most of them are gone so it's a hassle trying to make sure you're in the correct seat!!!
They should let customers know there is ONLY 1 ICE MACHINE

Came yesterday to see “Gotti” which was 1:46 minutes long. Besides being so disappointed with the movie, what really irritated me was it was suppose to start at 12:05p, but instead was extremely annoyed with the 5 movie previews, which was a total of 20 min!!! Actual movie didn’t start until 12:25p!!! Come on!!!! For those of you going to see Gotti, save your money, so edited, and all over the place, wait til it comes on TV! Only actors I recognized was John Travolta & Kelly Preston. 👎👎

I apologize that the previews seemed long, however, all of our movies have previews that last 15-20 minutes. Therefore the showtime start, is the start of previews. We like to provide our guests with the coming attractions, and get our guests excited for what we will be showing in the near future.
Ripped chairs. Heard mice behind the walls. The concession area by the drinks was filthy and garbage not picked up.
Theater 10 left had horrible seats!! All ripped and torn with broken cup holders!! The theater quality is really going downhill. Need to invest in updating the seats. Paid way too much for this quality seating!
Overall good. Nice staff. However, not enough of them. Only one person at the box office. We had our tickets but waited in line there anyway. I’m sure it’s not just at Marcus, Way too many commercials! Not coming attractions, commercials! 45 minutes!

The theater is clean but it was really hot in there. We were not comfortable at all. We were actually sweating. I mentioned it to the staff who didn't seem to care at all. Plus someone brought there 2yr old to Solo, A star wars story. Needless to say it was hard to concentrate while they were running all over the place.
