Great service, great chairs, reserved seating so we don't have to rush to the theater, and fantastic promotions. Love the horror movie throwbacks. Marcus is always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Our reclining seats didn’t recline! Forgot to tell the staff. That was disappointing

I love this theater and all the special promotions. But I’ve gone to $5 Tuesday for, something like, the last four weeks and then Christopher Robin this Thursday. It is ALWAYS SO HOT IN THE THEATERS!! 😠😠 No matter how light I dress, I’m always sweating and sticking to the “leather” chairs. 😖

I think the seats need to be updated, a lot are torn apart. I did not get rewards for purchasing popcorn because the attendant did not swipe it first and there was nothing he could do about it apparently. We usually go to Warrenville but had to stay local due to another grand baby 👶🏻 coming soon! 💖💖💖
Chairs were in poor condition. Mine did not recline at all. All Pepsi products...I’m a Coke guy. Popcorn tasted bland. And theater had no picture on the screen until other patrons went to employees to have it fixed. There was audio but no picture.
