Very responsive and knowledgeable team. I own a drywall business, but I really didn't know much about running a business and day to day operations. Contacted Megan at SiOne for an analysis of SEO stats currently in play by my employer and received an in-depth review on how we ranked compared to our competition along with general steps on how to proceed. Let's just say SEO is not my first skill and Megan's explanations and patience with all the questions helped broaden our thinking and outline our marketing path. Very responsive and knowledgeable team. I own a drywall business, so I don't know much about computers. They setup my computer, installed all the necessary software and programs, and they continue to monitor my computer along with the computers of the contractors I hire. I recently locked myself out of my computer and they came out and restored it for me. They have also setup mobile devices for us and shown us how to use them. I would definitely recommend Marcucci IT Services for small business owners.
