this was one of the worst experiences of my life!! my car was in and out of there for at least 4 months with the exact same problem. most of the time my car would not make it home before the check engine light came on. one time the check engine light came on half way home, i popped the hood and the air filter was disconnected and sitting in the engine bay. another time i picked my car up and it stalled out pulling out of the shop and would not start again. i had a clutch slave cylinder replaced and the clutch felt TERRIBLE a... read more

I'm convinced that this is THE PLACE to go for any Audi/VW/BMW issues. Period. Don't waste time with the dealership as these gentlemen are twice as knowledgeable for less than half the price of the dealership (for my Timing Belt replacement, at least). This was my second visit to Marc's and I've been very pleased with each visit. got it. Diagnosed and fixed my Volvo. Check engine light came on and that was all it took. There is just a great crew here.

So for this specific experience, I gave them 5 stars. That and for the first time in 3 years they were finally able to fix my check engine light. Which if you have owned a 2002, 2003 VW can be a major pain.

"Tremendously fair and well-priced. We transferred all of our VWs to Marc's after someone referred us. Is a bit slow on the calling(as they have said above), but just picked up my car two days ago. Not only was it done a day sooner than planned, John actually called and let me know."
