Excellent customer service and work! Our furnace quit on a Friday and they came out that same day, performed all the diagnostics on our 14-year-old unit and gave us the inevitable bad news. But they left us with 5 space heaters (that worked perfectly!) and installed the new furnace on Monday morning. Worked all day without a break. Marc’s techs are always very professional and conscientious, but Nick and Hadley did a particularly outstanding job doing my annual maintenance of my system this week.
Our thermostat panel went blank. We changed the batteries but the a/c still did not turn on. We called Marc's Sheet Metal and two technicians arrived in minutes. They noticed our furnace had been shut off. A flick of the switch and the a/c was on. It was less than an hour from the phone call to the a/c flowing. No charge for the service call! Amazing!
