Contacted Marc this morning on the recommendation of our oil company because our furnace wasn’t working on a cold winter day. The control board was fried and wiring damaged. Marc and his team were quick to get here even with no prior relationship with his company! Luckily he had the control board in stock but the job was a bit more complicated as they needed to rewire parts of the furnace to get it operational. Temps outside were around 5 degrees... my heating system went down... i called Marc @ approx 9 a.m. ...left message with answering service and received callback within 10 minutes...tech asked a few questions...said he would b there within 20 minutes... tech arrived promptly...diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes.. all repairs within 30-40 minutes... We have had the pleasure of working with Marc and his team for over 20 years. The entire team are dedicated and committed to making any issue with our HVAC system work perfectly. They recently immediately resolved an issue during their recent cold spelled in a matter of hours of being contacted. It’s easy to write a 5-star review of a great company and Marc’s Sheet Metal is a great company! They have serviced our HVAC system for the past four years with nothing but positive results. The service crew is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. As for customer care, Marc himself came out on an emergency call in the middle of the last blizzard to troubleshoot and repair our furnace. And then the next morning we received a follow-up call to make sure the heat was still on during this bitter cold spell.
