Excellent customer service and work! Our furnace quit on a Friday and they came out that same day, performed all the diagnostics on our 14-year-old unit and gave us the inevitable bad news. But they left us with 5 space heaters (that worked perfectly!) and installed the new furnace on Monday morning. Worked all day without a break.
