Unfortunately it sounds like this has happened previously with other customers and I should have read more into the reviews. Contacted him on Mon, said he was available Tues, made appt for 3pm. He no called/ no showed. I did try to reach back out to him to see if something came up, no return call either.
I would give a zero if it was an option. I bought a GMC Acadia from him and Preston Thrilby. The SUV drove poorly from the beginning. I contacted Marc, after Preston shared his phone number. He took on test drive with me, it ran portly, but he promised to not leave me hanging and told me to drive aggressively, if it broke he said he would make right. I still was nervous while driving. Marc did an amazing job and offered a affordable price. My Fiancée and I were out of town and our car broke down on a Sunday when no other shops were open. He got to our location within 20 minutes and made sure we got home the same day. Would recommend to any one!
