BEWARE...NOT A GOOD PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH! It's been just over 6 months since purchasing my hot tub from Marc. He initially was great over the phone, I really liked him, and the purchase was easy. Of course it was. He was getting my money. Since then, it's been all downhill. HORRIBLE, IF NOT NON-EXISTENT, COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Keep in mind, he gives a 6 month warranty with his tubs. I trusted Marc, as I had never owned a hot tub before. Big mistake.
