Since when is it okay to rip people off? My elderly in laws were involved in a car accident and taken to the hospital. When my husband took them to get their car, they were told it was a police impound and they had to pay $120 to get the car back despite having triple AAA and not at all at fault in the accident. Really? Hope you people can sleep at night!
