I was calling around to a few shops to find a quote on my car and Marcotte Ford was not only unhelpful but rude- seemingly bothered by the questions I was asking. I hope service is better for other folks in the future.
While traveling from out of state, our car, a 2024 Explorer ST, needed an oil change. We brought it in without an appointment and dropped it off. I was called shortly thereafter that the service was complete. I was expecting it to take a few hours. Quick service done correctly. We couldn't ask for more.
they have the kindest most genuine people work here from the service team to the sales people to even the people who work at the cafe. they even offer a complimentary service to pick up ur car and valet it to service for you. they have been good to us for years and very grateful for them
Online booking and appointments are a joke. Complete disregard for the customer.
