I ordered a salad and they don't give dressing. Getting home to a $10 salad with no dressing so I had no salad to eat. I also ordered an Italian sub which should be basic. I received it with no pepperoni. I called and was told their Italian SUB DON'T come with pepperoni and that I would had to order it special and pay extra if I want it. I've never heard of Italian subs with no pepperoni. So i ordered pizza online through the website. When I arrived at the designated time and came in to pick up my pizza, I was told 3 minutes until it was ready. After waiting 28 minutes, they called me up and handed me a partial order with no pizza. After checking, they said it was still in the ovens. 10 minutes later, and I am still waiting. The pizza is good, but they are always VERY slow. May we'll be my last visit.
Ordered at 6 and received a 30m wait estimate. Pizza was delivered at 7:15 and was lukewarm. Called the store twice to get status updates but got a cookie cutter response of “it’s been dispatched.”
We want to extend a huge thank you to Mr. Dent at Marco’s Pizza for generously providing delicious food to the Hornsby Middle School Football Team. The meals were amazing, and it meant so much to see such enthusiastic support for our community. His kindness and willingness to help without hesitation truly made a difference. We definitely appreciate Marco's Pizza for standing behind our team!
