We called to place an order and the guy that answered pretty much said he hates his job and refused to make the deluxe pizza because he hates that pizza. Definitely never ordering from there again
Okay so listen… I walked into Marco’s just trying to grab a quick pizza, right? Tell me why the cute guy with the dreads behind the counter had me smiling like an idiot. Service? Immaculate. Energy? They have a Policy that they will not delivery to a hotel room. After ordering delivery, when driver arrived, the driver called and said they wouldn't bring it to the room because it is against their Policy. They left food at front desk.
It’s honestly terrible. I just went to buy pizza and spent a long time there; the person serving ignored me and never took my order. They could have at least said, "I'll be with you in a moment." It feels like a total lack of respect—such terrible service. I am never going back to this place. 🤬
