First time trying Marco's Pizza. We came across a 50% off coupon online and it made it worthwhile to try something new. We ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico with triple olde world pepperoni (the kind that cups and gets crispy edges). Pick up and payment was fast and friendly but when we got home we realized it definitely was not triple, so we called and without hesitation they apologized, asked us to bring the pizza back and they would make us a fresh one, the way we had ordered it. I have been ordering for years and they have steadily gone downhill. The only girl working argued about wings. I ordered 10 and received 6. She was 100% sure she was right. I offered to send a picture and she still argued. Done ordering from here. Went from great food to less than mediocre. After seeing this review management, has reached out to me to rectify the situation.
