Definitely prefer this location over the Ft. Mitchell location. I placed an order online to the wrong location. The manager called and canceled. Great customer service.
We usually get our best pizza here at this location but on 9/6/25 the pizza we got was horrible and we threw it in the trash. Was a waste of 16.45 and gas plus time to go get it. Very disappointed and may think twice before I order there again.We always tip them too even though we pick up .

I have previously posted here because I visit Phenix City frequently and have highly recommended the location on Crosswind. Tonight I was taken aback by a young man (or not) named Jay, who spoke to me so rudely, for simply asking if my pizza would actually arrive. It had been a long day and I hadn't eaten.
