Door Dash totally screwed up my order. They assigned multiple drivers/dashers to pick up my pizza. Then, DD canceled all orders and my pizza was made and ready. I called Marco’s and spoke to the most kind and understanding lady named Gabby. She was sending my pizza w one of her store drivers to hand deliver the pizza to me. That’s what you call excellent customer service. I’m so thankful, and ready to enjoy my most favorite pizza in town.
Came n to place an order. Waitied unspoken too for several minutes. When finally approached i was asked if inwas picking up. When i stated i was placing an order the counter guy got mad and aggressivly told me id have to wait. And walked off. Didn't even bother to take my order. I was okay with waiting but not the disrespect in his tone. Went elsewhere. Wont be back
The manager is super sweet, and always there to fix any issues in a order. The best location in Spartanburg! I use them a lot when I order for work. I usually order 3 plus pies at a time and never had an issues on quantity or quality.
