Marci’s has done it again. The take-out order was on-time, hot, and delicious. They even brought it out to our car so we didn’t have to try and hold the pizzas and open the doors. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for taking good care of us again!
Talor, Elias and their team took great care of us! We needed Pizzas for a special event, and when I went to pick them up, they were ready as promised! I happen to be wearing a white shirt and was concerned about getting dirty, so Elias offered to take them to my car. Thank you for being a great community partner!
I ordered a xl ultimate magnifico pizza with sausage and pepperoni a couple weeks ago, had it delivered but it was the wrong order I got. I called them to let them know and they said the could make it and have it delivered or they can just credit it to my phone number. This mistake was vertified by the other customer stating that they had received a different order (my order) and I theirs. I’ve had the same experience multiple times. I ordered pizza off the Marcos app and it would come an hour to two hours later. Especially when I moved to my apartment it got even worst. I called 15 times and no answer. Pizza was cold each time. This last time I order and it came an hour late. I came out to find a DoorDasher delivering my order and he was upset I wasn’t answering his text messages on DoorDash but again I ordered on Marco’s app so I wouldn’t be able to contact him on door dash.
