OMG what can I say? This place is run by a great guy (Josh). And he works so hard at keeping this place in tiptop shape in so many ways. I know that when they make the food, I'm going to be receiving truly great customer service. I have seen him and great crew make my food exactly how its asked, which for me can be quite detailed). Wow. It’s been a minute since I’ve had crap customer service. I won a gift card in a grand opening prize, and was excited to take my son. I drove over to the one in South Jordan, and the man was not helpful at all. I was trying to look up the balance on the card, and the website was useless. So when I went in to the physical location, the man “helping” me said he couldn’t tell me that I had to run it.
