I ordered three pizzas and only two were delivered. So I called the store, spoke with the manager Josh and he explained they are short staffed and it was given to a Dasher to deliver. The Dasher stole one of my pizzas and Josh did offer to refund, but said they were too busy to remake it. Very poor customer service. I work in the service industry as well and know from experience you don’t treat your customers that way if you want to keep them. Even though this store is close to my home, I will not be ordering from them.

I placed my order for a large group of employees before they opened at 10am with pickup at 11:15. I called ahead to see if this was feasible. I was told he was very busy and by himself but it would be done no later than 11:30. I was there just before 11:30 and everything was ready to go, thanks dude!

This place cancelled my order without telling me because they were out of one ingredient (mushrooms) Then when I reordered it minus that one ingredient they did not offer any discount, I asked for one and the kid said no we don’t do that. The new order was more than my original order because the one Ingredient was cheaper, and I asked for the same rate as the previous order and he said no. Zero customer service…good luck

This location seems to have really gone down hill with ruined pizzas, incorrect orders, and employees that don't care.
