I tried to order a pizza at 10.45 they close at 1130 and they said they closing early because they didn’t have enough customers.. And the young lady answered the phone and said welcome to Marcos.. then said oops and hung the phone up… so that’s when I called back and then that’s when she told me why they were closing early … this is so unprofessional and a disgrace… whoever is running that place should be held accountable
My pizza did not appear to be fresh..The cheese could barely be seen, it wasn't hot and it arrived too quick.I order from here all the time but this time I believe it was leftover. I had to reluctantly feed my family a 40 dollar pizza or what they could eat. I rarely eat out and this way. Marco's just lost a customer and my family..SOOO SAD!

Today , this evening , around five twenty p m I called into order a large thing crust pizza half pepperoni and sausage as I have been for years the lady was very disrespectful cutting me off when I was explaining to her that is considered one topping she hung up on me when I as for the manager and her name i go through this to much here and it doesn't make sense other times I have no problem ordering pizza without a hassle shame on this establishment for not informing there people
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves attention from corporate.Receiving a pizza that had a slice removed because a delivery driver or employee decided to help themselves before it reached the customer is completely unacceptable. Whether it was one slice or more, customers pay for a full order and should never have to wonder if their food was tampered with before it arrived.
