The ONLY pizza 🍕 I eat is Marcos..but this time it was the WORST..they did make it right the SECOND time,but it should've been correct the first time..I sent the first one back..Hopefully they won't send out a PIZZAS like that to other customers..
Felt bad for the guy working. Had no drivers had to call me to tell me he couldn't deliver my online order so I came and picked up. I guess doordash ruined delivery driver business in house
Worst place to order at and while the food is great, the service absolutely sucks. I wanted to order a small item before they closed and when I spoke to whoever I spoke too on the phone they lied to me when I asked them are they still taking orders for pick up at 10:30pm because they close at 11:30 so says on Google maps. How I know their lying is because I called at a time like this before and they took my order, but now all of sudden they can't and they rudely hung on me. I love marcos food but they definitely need to work on the service there. I walked in and instead of being greeted and told hold on! She went right on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. So I was just standing there kinda awkwardly my food was done I just needed to pick it up it was right there on the shelf. Some guy walked out of the kitchen I asked if he worked there he said no.
