Consistently slow and they close the dining room hours ahead of when they should, a stain on Richmond hill. How is this place slower than the more run down mcdonalds. Absolutely terrible, go to Publix instead and get a sub it's right next door and 4x faster.
Good place! Staff is very friendly and welcoming! When the manager helps the staff it means everyone cares there. To all 1 and 2 star raters, there is the McDonalds across the parking lot.
I made the mistake of ordering from a different location; Caroline and Robert's customer service was awesome! My boyfriend explained the situation to them and they fixed it for us. They prepared our order perfectly...food was awesone! We will definitely order from this location again.
