Service....had 4 people in front of store all talking to each other. Only one person helping customers. It was very frustrating knowing my pizza were on top waiting to be paid for since I was a pick up and there was two people in front of me, but only the one dealing with customers. Pizza was great, but service needs some organization without a doubt. If they are not there to help they should not be on the front line.
Placed an order on the app and it showed 30-35 minutes delivery which is the usual time it gives. Watched the tracker and saw that our order was out of the oven. 10 minutes later we get a text from DoorDash that a driver is on his way to pick up our order. I called the store, spoke to an employee who was clueless, then spoke to who I presume was a manager.
