Wow… where do I even start? I walked in wearing decent clothes, though my hands were dirty because I had just helped another customer in the parking lot. Before ordering, I politely asked if I could wash my hands. Instead of a simple “yes,” it was escalated to management — who actually said NO. I have been ordering pizza from this establishment since they opened. I always order the same things as I did tonight. Thin crust vegetable pizza. Tonight the crust was 2 inches thick and I called them and they just argued with me and told me I’d have to pay for a thin crust all over again. This piece of junk pizza cost me $37!!! What!! For 8 pieces of two nice thick nasty crust! Go to Pennfield Puzza it’s way better and customer service is terrible at Marcos! They were both supervisors they told me and so rude!
