Wow… where do I even start? I walked in wearing decent clothes, though my hands were dirty because I had just helped a customer in the parking lot with a vehicle service issue. Before ordering, I politely asked if I could wash my hands. Instead of a simple “yes,” it was escalated to management — who actually said NO. Let that sink in: they would rather deny someone the basic ability to wash their hands before eating than provide basic courtesy (even under staff supervision). I would like to suggest BEN….he will blow your mind on pizza’s if you haven’t had a good pizza order when Ben is working🤩Ben needs a RAISE🤩Ben is fantastic with customers🤩 When the lady is working she is very skimpy with toppings. And not customer orientated. Always seems grumpy. She needs to take direction from Ben. Edit: Pizza has gone downhill here. Anytime you get an order you ask for toppings they list the toppings on recipe yet it’s not on your pizza. Not sure where Ben went but this place needs new stars as the piz... read more

I have ordered Marcos at least once a week for the past two years. Recently they went through a staff change, this place is horrible now. Pizza is not as good and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Ordered for delivery, waited over an hour and the order didn't update so I called. They answered the phone by putting me on hold. So I waited for 15 minutes on the phone. Ended up driving to the store. When I got there I could instantly feel they wanted to avoid the situation.
