I'm a huge fan of Marcos. Unfortunately, this location has gone down hill over the last few years. The last three times I've gotten food here there has been something noticeable wrong with the pizza. The one saving grace is that when I called in to complain after the promotional thin crust pizza was too dry to eat, they immediately apologized and offered a refund. Extremely disappointing experience. I waited TWO HOURS for my order, and when I finally got home, I realized they had given me the wrong pizzas. I ordered three pizzas, and all three were incorrect. After waiting that long, I was not about to drive all the way back to fix a mistake that was entirely their fault. There were only two employees working, and they seemed completely disorganized. What made the experience even worse was how rude and disrespectful they were to the customers who were waiting. Everyone deserved better... read more
