The store was extremely busy, but the store manager held her cool. She offered seats and apologized for the wait. I observed her offer water to one lady as she waited. She multitasked taking orders, pulling orders, re-making a pizza for a customer where the bacon burned a bit, effortlessly. Only a three because I wanted a salad and the employees stated this location doesn’t have salads, but it is clearly on the digital menu.
Great pizza, quick service.
I’ve seen so much improvement over the last year or so. Management goes out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied, and the staff is always friendly.
