I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm to my hotel and it never showed up so i called to see where it was at and the guy gave me a run around and then asked if i still wanted the pizza. I finally got my pizza at 9:20 pm. It wasn’t fresh. I called the restaurant back and they very rudely let me know that i wouldn’t be getting a refund and that they have to hire door dash because they don’t have any delivery people and that it was on door dash not their restaurant. Manger was rude. When I pick up my pizza I ask if I can used the restroom the cashier said that she would check and the Manger told her if it's for a customer HELL NO
