Ordered 2 whole pizzas. Ate the first one on the first night. Upon eating the second one the next night, we discovered a piece of hair baked into the pizza. When I called and spoke to the manager Beth, she told me her system would not allow her to do refunds on previous day’s items and offered a credit. I told her there is no need for a credit because I will not be going back to reorder. I asked Beth for a number to the corporate office which did not work. Simply great. I’ve traveled a lot and had a lot of different pizzas, this place is doing something right. I mentioned about my family in Philly as I ordered and had a nice conversation with Ben. Everyone on his team has experience and I could taste that they know what they are doing. I think of Marco’s as a chain, this place seemed like a family’s little ristorante and I will be glad to visit again.

I had a great experience at this location thanks to one of their outstanding employees by the name of Derek. I visited this location after having a bad experience at the S Laburnum location. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. It's rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and it really made my visit enjoyable.
