Ordered food for pickup, got charged and went to store for the food, it was closed up around 6:00pm. I filled out the contact form about a week ago, and haven’t heard back from anyone still.
Did a pickup. Did not bother to check emails but website said the order went through and ingot charged. Went to store it was closed with no sign as to why.
Ordered a pickup online. Did not get an email notification. Tried calling and there was no answer. Drove there and it was closed with no sign. Checked my bank account and we were charged.
Place is closed 5 :00 on a Tuesday google says they close 11PM, Nice.
A few weeks ago my family ordered from this location. There were issues and the employee that I spoke with about it was incredibly rude. That being said, Angelo, the manager showed great care and went above and beyond to rectify our situation. If I could give him 5 's I totally would.
