I'm from out of town and was heavily recommended this place do to the customer service and quality of food. The gentleman was getting yelled and cussed at through the work phone and was being very patient and nonconfrontational. He offered a few solutions to the customer that was being belligerent over the phone and stayed very professional. Food is amazing and so was the customer service.
Cashier was kind, friendly and helpful!!! Pizza, bread sticks and salad are always delicious! Thanks y'all...

Tried for the first time today. The young man answered a couple questions for me over the phone and was very pleasant and gracious. Went in to pick up and was met with the same courtesy. No one seemed smug and they were very friendly. Pizza was very good. Big Slice should learn from Marcos’ staff how to treat people. Will be back.
