Absolutely worst service I have ever recieved. We accidentally ordered from the wrong Marcos and they absolutely refused to give a refund. We made a new order at the correct location and came a few hours later to get the pizzas since they refused to refund it. It turns out the pizzas hadn’t even been made, yet the still wouldn’t refund the order. Insisted we wait for them to make them.
They are ALWAYS so kind and welcoming. You are gareented a smile from the staff
The crust was very bland
Placed order online arrived to pick up order at 11:50 am store was closed location was supposed to to open at 11:00 now I have to find a way to get my money back and try to get lunch else where!!! This location is doing hill poor customer service and seriously understaffed
