The crust was very bland
Placed order online arrived to pick up order at 11:50 am store was closed location was supposed to to open at 11:00 now I have to find a way to get my money back and try to get lunch else where!!! This location is doing hill poor customer service and seriously understaffed
Arrived at 9:37 tonight and they are closed guess they are under staffed there operating hours are supposed to end at 11: 00pm.
Hands down Marco's is the best chain pizza place.
I recently had the worst experience at Marcos pizza in Dacula . I ordered a pizza and when it arrived delivered to my house, it was extremely overcooked - the crust was dark brown and i asked for light crust when ordering . I drove back to the pizza place to request a refund, only to be met with rude and dismissive customer service. The lady at the counter, who claimed to be the manager, argued with me and refused to give me my money back.
