I stopped in tonight after a couple of not so great pizza's experiences the past and worst in service at this Hiram location. I like Marcos elsewhere and wanted to see if they improved here in Hiram. I was on.my way home.and thought why not give another try? I was glad I did. Josh provided excellent customer service and he made the best pizza I have had at Marcos yet. Other thick crust gave me this . It is very upsetting when you order door dash and get wrong items. Don’t have the time to go to the store and get the right one.

We normally have great service here but not on July 19. We placed two separate orders online and was told the orders would be ready for pickup at 12:42 and 12:46. I arrived about 12:47 and the first order was ready but the second order had not even been started yet. So I watched the first order just sit there getting cold while I was told they were going to start the second order. They were busy so I sat and watched. This restaurant has gone downhill faster than you can turn your head!! My pizza barely has any cheese on it and my cheese bread was raw. All the employees were rude and didn’t even speak to the customers. And to top it all off, I had to wait about 30 minutes longer than my time said on the app when I placed my order. They definitely need new managers. The last manager was great but since he quit this place is not the same.

Pizza was horrible and I ordered the most simple thing got two extra large and 2 medium cheese One of my extra large was made wrong so they remade it for me During this time I watched the person making the pizza go from doing the dough, drinking soda, taking payments, touching his phone scratching his nose and then jumping right back into making a pizza again without even cleaning his hands Pizza was super mushy.
