There was litterally no pizza sauce on the pizza as if they were running out of red sauce. The bread was rubbish. I was waiting at the front for 10 minutes before anyone noticed and the guy in the back looked at me and went out the back door…
I just walked in a few moments ago to try to place an order when the manager ask me am I trying to place an order I said yes they said I’m not taking any new orders right now. I asked when would they be taking order? She said I don’t know but I’m not taking orders right now. I’m trying to finish up this ordee. terrible customer service she could at least directed me to the nearest Marcos. Being is from out of town. I won’t be coming back here Absolutely Rude.
6/6/25 8pm, I ordered a large triple pep online. I get there about 8:15, the young guy said it’ll be about 5 more minutes. I sat down for 15 more mins, go back to the counter and he says about 2 mins. I get my pizza at 9:10pm!!! All the extra pep were piled on one side on like 2 slices when I opened it in the store!
