JUST SO BETTER IN "OUR"COMMUNITY.
This place is disgraceful. Order placed over an hour ago. Called twice to get an update, then of course, when the order finally got here. It was cold and nasty. It was also incorrect at the end of all of this. Don’t waste your money.
Brittany took my order over the phone. Very thorough and patient. The service with Renae when I pick up was exceptional. It's hard to find great customer service but they both were awesome.
The manager Brittany or worker is deplorable! She’s an absolute liability for that company! Tried to tell her that I placed an order through the Marco’s App and somehow location 2071 got the order in Decatur, GA. She told me that I couldn’t explain nothing to her and that I had ordered from there before which is why the order went there! Mind you I was staying in Dunwoody, GA just for the night and I have never been to Decatur, GA!
