The customer service that we just experienced was absolutely horrendous. The girl working the register tonight is shameful and should not be delivering ‘customer service’ to anyone.

I placed an order for a pizza at 12:00 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 6:00 PM. When I inquired at the cashier around the scheduled time, my pizza was not yet ready. I asked if she had seen my order ticket, and it was not in the designated made line. The manager became upset and explained she was busy making many pizzas, but the mobile app orders placed in advance had not yet been prepared. My pizza was finally ready approximately one hour later.

I just wanted to specifically give a shout out to the pizza maker with the long dreads. She is awesome at this Harris location when I first moved to Georgia Marco’s was my favorite piece of Spot in Norcross, but since moving to the Decatur area eight years later, she is by far the best pizza maker on this side and that side of town I want her to know that she is greatly appreciated For her work, I usually just get a piece of for the kids, but When I know it’s her preparing the pizza I make sure I indulge its The way all Marc... read more
