Normally we love Marcos so I’m hesitant to leave this review, but tonight was just.. so different. We walked in and ordered an XL pepperoni. Just putting in the order took three times as long as usual and the employee had to go ask for help on how to do it. Maybe he was new? But this seemed so basic of a request. The little waiting area was *full* of people, well, waiting. We were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. 50 minutes later we got the pizza and drove the 25 minute drive home. Not sure of the atmosphere as I have only done delivery, but the pizza was yummy!!!!
