Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for a pizza with extra cheese. It came nearly dry. I called the restaurant and they said I selected the option for "no base cheese". I don't even know what that is and don't think I selected that option. I ended up with a pizza with less cheese than the regular amount would have been. I tried to get them to understand how it wouldn't make sense to pay for more cheese if I wanted less cheese. They offered me 10% off of my next order. They offered me attitude and two dollars.
UPDATED POST... Thank you Marcos for your follow up and concern. I was contacted the next morning and we were able to determine that the address in their system was incorrect. Marcos offered to deliver the same order next day to my correct address. Their sincere desire to make it right impressed me. That unique level of care and concern to make it right is characteristic of a company with integrity and commitment to the customer. Thank you again Marcos. I have never had such a horrible experience in ordered delivery at 4 tracked my order at 4:30/4:45 says waiting on driver to pick up called the store barley could understand the guy who confirmed the driver was on the way , called back at 5:15 to be told they didn't have my order I'm like whatttt to oh we have your order you chose carry out at this point I'm furious I asked for my pizza to be remade I was coming to pick it up although he wanted me to take the pizza that was ordered at 4 smh totally unacceptable they made my ... read more
Dough tasted fresh. Love the fact they make their dough in house daily. Toppings were generous. Service solid. Will be back.
