I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and they unsold me to a large and it took over an hour to get my order, also it had nothing but cheese on it..i was told to call the store but it was closed, and he left and never came back
Poor and lethargic service. Order other locations. Pizza still solid.
Horrible customer service. I placed an order online for a pizza with extra cheese. It came nearly dry. I called the restaurant and they said I selected the option for "no base cheese". I don't even know what that is and don't think I selected that option. I ended up with a pizza with less cheese than the regular amount would have been. I tried to get them to understand how it wouldn't make sense to pay for more cheese if I wanted less cheese. They offered me 10% off of my next order. They offered me attitude and two dollars.
