I tried to call to make an order they kept me on 15 minutes and they still don't answer the phone. Give it up go to another shop and not Marcos

6:15 placed order was told 30-35 minutes. 7:05 called back and was told it’s on its way. 7:07 driver arrives but doesn’t have our pizza. 7:10 called again told they would have driver come back and deliver right away, would be piping hot. 7:30 pizza arrives COLD, called back will give credit and make another one right away. 8:30 called for update 8:40 2 pizzas arrives. It’s very poor service to have so many issues with a very simple single pizza order

Went on 6/10/26 for the buy one get one free day. Ordered online and paid, went to pick it up and the place was empty. The door chime sounded so I waited for a while, no one showed. I called out "hello?" Several times nothing. It's going on 5 minutes, and I'm now considering walking back to the shelf and get my order and going. But at that moment a delivery guy drove up.
