6:15 placed order was told 30-35 minutes. 7:05 called back and was told it’s on its way. 7:07 driver arrives but doesn’t have our pizza. 7:10 called again told they would have driver come back and deliver right away, would be piping hot. 7:30 pizza arrives COLD, called back will give credit and make another one right away. 8:30 called for update 8:40 2 pizzas arrives. It’s very poor service to have so many issues with a very simple single pizza order

Went on 6/10/26 for the buy one get one free day. Ordered online and paid, went to pick it up and the place was empty. The door chime sounded so I waited for a while, no one showed. I called out "hello?" Several times nothing. It's going on 5 minutes, and I'm now considering walking back to the shelf and get my order and going. But at that moment a delivery guy drove up. "Whats the problem?" Is how your employees answer the phone. I like your product but continually have service related issues with this location. I give up. Over the fall and winter I was ordering pizza every Friday night. After several weeks of inaccurate orders I gave up and stopped ordering. I tried your location again tonight and was disappointed again. Pizza ordered at 630, out for delivery at 645, email stating pizza should arrive by 7. Called the store at 725. Pizza is always hot and delicious. Staff are super friendly and professional. I’ve only ever had to wait for my pickup order once, and in their defense, they were swamped.
