The pizza is always good
I their pizzas more than any other pizzas.
So I try to order online for delivery and this location is too far ? 2 miles is not too far but I guess No Marcos will now deliver to us anymore .
I placed an order online. I went to pick up my order and had to wait over 10 min. There was nobody inside the restaurant. While me and 3 other guest were waiting 2 guys came from the back saying they were outside talking to the distric manager. There was no apology or anything given due to the long wait. I ended up getting a refund.
We ordered a medium pizza on the app, app said was ready, we went to store to pickup. Marcos employees stated they accidentally gave the wrong pizza out and they would make a new one. No big deal, so I waited in store. Upon waiting approx 15 mins, was then told they never put the make up pizza in, which I questioned how that could be as I was waiting right in front of them for the remake.
