Terrible! Ordered twice. Received no food either time. First time was cancelled for whatever reason and was not told about it. We found out only bc we called them after taking a long time. Second time ordered and waited another hour and change. Apparently doordash picked up and delivered but we received nothing. We didn’t order thru door dash so the only option was to call Marcos and guess what? This is the wort location ever. I placed my order in person and my order was made wrong. Got home and called to speak with a supervisor. The guy that I spoke with stated he would give me a refund to come back the next day and there would be a not left for the next manager…..well went the next and and this Black lady with braids or whatever she had. Was very rude the next day. Nasty attitude gave me all kinds of problems in the store so I left and said to myself I will just call the next business day……and I did. Ask to speak ... read more

First: My call in order was wrong, had to wait 15 more minutes. Second: Notice the quick one second hand wash after handing the cash register. Third: Notice she didn't have on gloves while handing food. Forth: She was sweating so bad over the pizza, decided not to eat it. Fifth: After the pizza came out of the oven to the counter, I had to tell her not to touch the pizza with her finger.. I would not recommend this pizza place to anyone.. Placed an order for delivery for 6:15. Received an email at 5:50 that my pizza was in the oven. At 6:40, there was no pizza & no tracking available. I called the store and was told it would be 30 more minutes & they were waiting for the driver. I asked that they remake my order because I had an email saying it was made at 5:50 & it was no longer fresh. She responded with "WE'RE WAITING FIR TGE DRIVER" & hung up on me. I called back & no one answered. It's almost 7:30 & still no pizza. No more Marco's!

I did a walk-in order however canceled it after 5 minutes when I watched the guy (kid) that took my order play with his hair, constantly pulling up his pants that hangs under his butt, showing his underwear, then walk in the cooler to get pizza dough. He pulled the dough out with his bare (no gloves) and started making the pizza. I canceled my order after that. The manager, Trey , could not give me a refund because the order I just placed was not coming up in the computer. He suggested I wait until tomorrow for a refund that... read more
