I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent order and the way the situation was handled by your staff. I placed an online order at 11:00 a.m. for a 6:00 p.m. pickup. When my husband arrived at the store to pick up and pay cash for our two pizzas, employee Neil handed him two pizza boxes. Every time I order a pizza an any style or ingredients I got it.
Ordered a pizza to be delivered. It said 40 minutes. Took way longer than 40 minutes. Why not call the people who order and tell them youre backed up so they arnt waiting all day?
Ordered here for delivery and first bite, I look down and a nice black hair cooked into the dough. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Believe me, I’ll be sending this to corporate and going there to speak to someone in person since the shift lead seemed unbothered and said “oh you did Uber Eats, they’ll handle that” unprofessional.
