The person who answers the phone and takes orders provides horrible customer service. He sounds like a guy who’s in his 30s but not sure. He uses slang and poor communication to take your order and doesn’t have common sense. They sent my order with no protection or preservation in keeping my food safe, sanitary, and fresh.
