This Marco’s Pizza on Waugh Drive is a clear example of poor management When I walked into the store, there was only one employee working while the location had what looked like 8–10 active orders. That employee was stressed, overwhelmed, and clearly carrying the entire store alone. Despite that, they stayed professional and kept trying to get the orders completed. I ordered my food online. It was quick and easy. When I arrived, the lady greeted me with a smile. She was really nice. I told her I was there to pick up my order and she got it right away. Great transaction!!
Ordered a pizza on Marco’s website for home delivery. They had DoorDash deliver the order. It was over an hour late and they left it in the stair well. Do better.
Pizza was great . Deliver on time.
