I order thru their App so I can utilize their coupons, & get the most bang for my buck. Their App is easy to use, but it freezes up a lot/glitches, & I also wish there was an area where we could type out modifications/place notes for the staff. After placing my order, the timing is always on point/very fast! They hop on it immediately, & my quote time is always accurate. I never have to wait. This location used to be a solid five stars, but every time I make the mistake of ordering here now, the order is wrong or missing items. The quality has been steadily declining, and it is easy to see why their overall rating continues to drop.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! My experience at the Marco’s Pizza on 9105 W Sam Houston Pkwy was completely unacceptable. I sent my younger brother and sister, both minors, to pick up a takeout order while I stayed on the phone with them. As soon as they walked in, the staff ignored them. What's up with the bad reviews? This is by far the best delivery pizza in town. Is there better pizza? Sure, but not any that will be at your front door in 45 minutes.
