I love Marcos pizza. They do NOT skimp on toppings, great deals, great prices, and I wont be eating pizza anywhere else. New favorite, and the crew on Rinehart Rd always have it ready on time. Very very happy. Thanks y'all!
I was hung up after being on hold for 8 minutes and then when I called back the next three times no one would take the time to listen just to ask about a wait time. Ultimately had to cancel my order after an hour and twenty minute wait because I couldn't even get an update on an order.
Save yourself the hassle and choose a different location
Pizza was good and freshly made and service was good - friendly, quick and easy. Location was more of a pick up and go verses eat in due to limited space/tables and no wait staff. Great deals on full moons 50% off.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I placed a delivery order over an hour before closing, paid for delivery, and even tipped. When the food arrived, the order was wrong, and to make things worse, one of the pizza boxes was LITERALLY COMPLETELY empty. I tried calling the store three different times to resolve the issue, but each time I was put on hold.
