Marcos pizza is phenomenal! Workers were very polite, and the pizza I ordered was ready! The Chicken Florentine is our favorite. I highly recommend it!
Alexis tonight gave me the best customer service I have received in years. She went above and beyond to fix a issue I created for myself. I accidentally ordered pick up to the wrong location, but she graciously and kindly called the other store and recreated my order. Alexis is a beautiful person inside and out. She is destined to be promoted anywhere she chooses to work. Thank you for your bubbly attitude and world class customer service. You made my night.
So far I have never had an issue at this Marcos Pizza location. Staff is always friendly. I love it when they show you what you ordered once it's done. And the pizza is delicious. Ordering online is easy and the timing has been on point. Promos are awesome. Will be ordering again soon.
Ordered pizza & wings online, site says order would be ready in 20 min. Arrived & 3 employees were having issues with orders and advised us that it wld be an additional 20-30min wait. We canceled the order and went elsewhere..
